Terms and Conditions for Affiliation Program

Introduction

Welcome to the Animal Diet Formulator Affiliation Program. By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (the "Terms"). Please review these Terms carefully before participating in our Affiliation Program.

  1. Enrollment in the Program
    To enroll in the Animal Diet Formulator Affiliation Program, you must complete and submit the online application form. We reserve the right to approve or deny any application at our sole discretion. If approved, you will be provided with a unique affiliate link to promote Animal Diet Formulator services.
  2. Commission Structure
    1. Commission Rate
      The commission rate will be determined upon the creation of the affiliate account. Affiliates will earn a commission based on the total payment received from referred customers during their first year. This includes: 
      • Upfront Payment: Commission on the initial payment made by the customer.
      • Monthly Subscription: Commission on monthly subscription payments for the first 12 months of the customer's subscription.
    2. Payout Eligibility
      Commission payouts will become eligible once the subscription is halfway through the current subscription period. For example, if a customer subscribes for a year, the commission will be available for payout after six months.
  3. Link Tracking and Cookies
    1. Affiliate Links
      You will be provided with a unique affiliate tracking link. It is your responsibility to ensure that such links are used correctly to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of referrals.
    2. Cookies
      Tracking cookies has a duration of 30 days. If a potential customer clicks on your affiliate link, you will receive a commission for any purchases made within that 30-day period.
  4. Payment Terms
    1. Payment Schedule
      Payments will be made on a monthly basis, provided the commission has met the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 2.a.
    2. Payment Method
      All commissions will be paid via the payment method chosen during registration. Available payment method is PayPal.
    3. Minimum Payout Threshold
      A minimum threshold of $100 must be met for commission payouts. Balances below this threshold will be carried over to the next payment cycle.
  5. Affiliate Responsibilities
    1. Ethical Promotion
      Affiliates should engage in ethical promotions and avoid any misleading or false representations of Animal Diet Formulator services.
    2. Compliance with Laws
      Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to marketing and advertisement laws.
    3. Prohibited Activities
      Affiliates are not permitted to use their affiliate links for self-purchases. Any attempt to use the affiliation program for fraudulent activities will result in the termination of the account.
  6. Term and Termination
    1. Term
      This agreement will commence upon acceptance into the program and will continue until terminated by either party.
    2. Termination
      Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination. Upon termination, you will cease to use all promotional materials and remove any affiliate links.
  7. Modifications
    We reserve the right to modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be communicated with reasonable notice to affiliates and will be effective upon date of publishing.
  8. Limitation of Liability
    Animal Diet Formulator will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this Agreement or the Affiliate Program.
  9. Governing Law
    This Agreement shall be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of United States of America, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
  10. Acceptance of Terms
    By applying to and being accepted into the Animal Diet Formulator Affiliation Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
